We utilize advanced engineering software to aid in calculations and design of transportation facilities. This software is capable of importing/exporting survey data, modeling surface terrain, designing street profiles and cross sections, and calculating earthwork quantities.

During the past 44 years, BCE has designed hundreds of miles of streets, roads, and highways and numerous parking lots. Our staff has performed countless construction staking and layout for interstate highway projects, residential and commercial subdivisions, and commercial sites.
