Bond Consulting Engineers was established in Jacksonville, Arkansas on March 1, 1966 to provide professional engineering and surveying services for both the private and public sector. For the past 44 years, BCE has been a full-service engineering consulting firm providing a wide range of professional civil engineering and surveying services to individuals, municipalities, private firms, governmental organizations and other clients. Our organization has worked in over 100 communities throughout the state of Arkansas. Our current staff has over a century of experience. BCE offers comprehensive civil and environmental engineering services and is broken into four (4) service categories: engineering (design), surveying, inspection, and drafting.

The firm's top priority is serving our client's best interest while maintaining our integrity. We are constantly seeking ways to improve service for our clients and their projects. BCE has met a wide range of challenges, including planning, budgeting, design, bidding, and construction management. We are devoted in providing our clients with cost competitive solutions.

BCE believes that the best design is one that will fulfill the stated objectives in the simplest and most cost-effective manner. In order to meet these objectives, BCE strives to utilize new and alternative methods in the conceptual portion of a project. We believe a design team should strive for these "simple" solutions that appear elusive in the conceptual design stages of a project.

In addition to our regular staff, BCE has a close working relationship with various professional consulting firms that can provide the expertise needed for highly specialized portions of any project. This allows BCE the flexibility to offer clients full professional services while providing the close, personalized attention of a small firm.
